There is something special about decorating a space from scratch. For the first time, I have the chance to shape our home exactly the way we want it – starting with a blank canvas, quite literally. Every single wall in our home is white, and I love it.
The power of white walls
White walls do more than just look clean and modern. They create a sense of openness, making even smaller rooms feel bigger and airier. Light reflects beautifully, enhancing the natural brightness of the space. But beyond the aesthetics, white walls bring a kind of mental clarity. There is no overwhelming chaos of colors – just simplicity, calm, and balance. It is a home that feels peaceful the moment you walk in. We do intend to hang some eye-catching pieces of art here and there, which will create a more attractive environment.

A cozy corner by the TV
Right next to our TV, we tried to create a corner where warmth and minimalism meet. The flowers in the vase are actually the last remnants of the bouquet I got for my birthday – simple yet meaningful. I love how dried flowers carry a certain elegance and nostalgia, a reminder of beautiful moments that last a little longer.
It is proof that you do not need much to make a space feel like home – just a few carefully chosen details.
